Bio
Fe’Dricka is an Associate with Blake Willson Group, LLC (BWG), a nationally recognized, technology-enabled CPA firm that is redefining how the private sector serves federal agencies. She is an instructional designer, creating digital learning solutions for BWG’s clients’ financial management systems. She also organizes, hosts, and sometimes presents at BWG’s Lunch and Learns, the popular monthly hour-long internal training sessions over lunch where team members learn about BWG projects and work-related topics.
Fe’Dricka has been an active member since May 2020 and recently transitioned into a Power Member. She has now stepped into the role of Director of Communication on the board. She believes this new position will provide opportunities for her to serve, share her skills, and achieve professional growth, all while contributing meaningfully to the chapter’s success. Eager to deepen her understanding of leadership, she looks forward to collaborating closely with fellow board members to uplift one another and the chapter as a whole. She anticipates a rewarding experience focused on personal growth, taking on new challenges, meeting and working alongside new colleagues, and utilizing her talents to ensure the chapter thrives.
Outside of work, Fe’Dricka enjoys traveling, listening to music, and serving others in her local community. As a fun fact, she dabbled as a Mary Kay independent beauty consultant for a brief time because she loves their skincare products.
