Susan leads partnership (Mergers and Acquisitions) integration for the HR team. Susan focuses on core systems, structures, change and cultural alignment, Susan started with Ochsner in 2016 and has served as Ochsner Leadership Institute, Leadership Effectiveness Coach where she developed the leadership coaching program and partnered in designing and delivering new leadership offerings. Prior to Ochsner, Susan was a Senior Consultant of Organizational Development for the American Cancer society.
Susan holds a BA in Human Services from Tift College of Mercer University and a MSW from the University of Georgia.
